Remi Ademiju is an innovative & entrepreneurial leader who enjoys spending his time finding solutions that aid personal, organisational and social development
He’s currently the Business intelligence & performance manager and the Initiative leader of Helpnow.ng at Softcom. With his love for social entrepreneurship, he volunteers as the Executive director of HOPE Foundation, an organisation committed to influencing social change through leadership and entrepreneurship.
He also manages program initiatives at African Women Power Network. Currently, the organisation is running the AWP Vendor Program for over 100 female entrepreneurs with the goal of business training and providing access to market opportunities. In 2016, he started Change for society.com. An online platform that helps give brand visibility to good works and change agents in our society
Remi holds his masters degree in Leadership and Change management from Leeds Beckett University. His passion to help businesses grow has lead him to consult for small business on ways to improve organisational efficiency, organisational development, strategic planning, business development and business performance
He also supports small businesses through investment and coaching to help them progress from start-up to growth. He’s currently a coach at the 2021 Be A Change Maker Africa Competition organised by the African Union Commission (AUC) in collaboration with HP and the World Skills Initiative (WSI)
