Tobi is a development enthusiast who is passionate about improving the living standards of people. His experience spans across the development sector, tax accounting, risk management and organizational development. He currently works as a development consultant and works both independently and in conjunction with other development consulting firms in providing strategy, organizational development and project implementation services for clients in the third sector and government.
Prior to this, Tobi worked with KPMG Advisory Services, where he was privileged to serve on the pioneer team for the KPMG tax management consulting services providing tax strategy, risk management and organizational effectiveness solutions to clients across the financial services industry, oil and gas and FMCGs. He also initiated the development of the firm’s solutions for SMEs and served on the pioneer team for provision of services to private clients; as well as leading several unit- and division-wide organizational development initiatives.
Tobi started his career at the Eagles’ HOPE Charity Foundation where he was the Program Manager and later, interim Executive Director, leading scores of volunteers in executing programs aimed at developing the leadership capacity of teenagers across Nigeria.
He also continues to serve other social enterprises and development organizations including Change for Society and GiveCare Initiative.
